A Solution Built from Necessity
QIVIR was born out of necessity. The founding team was running multi-location campaigns when their call routing vendor abruptly shut down. Left scrambling, they cobbled together a temporary solution; one that relied on spreadsheets, custom dev work, and multiple disconnected tools just to track and route calls.
They quickly realized there wasn’t a single platform that could handle the multi-channel campaign attribution, territory-based routing, multilingual text-to-speech call flows, let alone one that was intuitive enough for marketers to manage themselves without custom software development.
Combining dynamic QR code tracking with campaign attribution also proved nearly impossible: no existing tool could tie everything together across media, locations, and territories. It became clear there wasn’t a single platform that could manage multi-channel attribution, territory-based call routing, and multilingual voice flows in one place, let alone something intuitive enough for marketers to use without custom development.
